What Sourdough Taught Me About Life

I seriously never thought I would record and publish a podcast episode about sourdough bread, but I also never thought I would ever BAKE sourdough bread, yet here I am! 

This episode is all about the many life lessons I've learned over the last (almost) year of my new hobby which is... you guessed it, sourdough. 

The taste of the fresh bread, scent as it comes out of the oven, sound of the crunch and sight of that dough rising with the beautiful designs I created is enough to send me into sensory heaven. 

But this episode really isn't about the bread at all. It's about starting a hobby, a new business venture, a class or taking any action that scares you and continuing to perservere despite the roadblocks.

There are many other lessons that I've learned from this hobby and I am sharing them with you so that you can apply them to the action that you need to take next in your own life.
